Attorney Melvyn D. Baron has practiced law for over 43 years, and since 1977 has devoted his law practive exclusively to immigration and naturalization matters. One hundred percent of his practice is now in the field of immigration law.

 During the course of representing foreign nationals, their family members, and their employers, from virtually every country in the world, Mr. Baron has dealt extensively with individuals from all levels of business, university, and government personnel. The representation of medical doctors, nurses, university professors, students, researchers, administrators and other personnel has typically encompassed obtaining labor certifications, national and international waivers and employment home visas for persons of extraordinary ability. He also obtains H1b temporary workers, other permanent resident petitions, reinstatement to status, practical training, waivers for exchange visitor/scholars, and other waivers of grounds for deportation. Past successes cannot be an assurance of a future success because each case must be decided on its own merits.

 Mr. Baron also represents family members applying for relatives, religious workers and obtains visas under laws just passed by congress.

 He has also represented clients in deportation and exclusion proceedings now called removal. He does international adoptions and naturalization.
